1. Agreement and eligibility
By using VantaArc, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree. Do not use the service where prohibited by applicable law.
2. Entertainment only — not gambling
VantaArc provides free casual games. There is no wager, stake, entry fee, deposit, purchase, cash-out, financial return, transferable virtual item, cryptocurrency, NFT, gift card, merchandise, or prize of real-world value. Play points exist only inside this service, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged, and may be adjusted or removed to correct errors or abuse. The service does not offer or promote real-money gambling.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep credentials private, and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. One person should use one account. The operator may suspend accounts involved in automation, score manipulation, security attacks, impersonation, or violations of these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not probe or disrupt the service; bypass limits; inject malicious code; scrape at unreasonable volume; reverse engineer restricted server features; pretend to be another person or organization; use the service for unlawful activity; or exploit a bug for advantage. 5. Intellectual property and technology
The VantaArc brand, interface composition, custom CSS artwork, game names, emblem artwork, and written content were created for this service. No third-party game artwork, sound, logo, or trademark is bundled. The application uses standard PHP, JavaScript, Canvas, CSS, SQLite/PDO, system fonts, and generic Unicode symbols supplied by the visitor’s runtime environment. Google, Facebook, and Meta are referenced only to explain independent advertising/privacy services; they do not sponsor or endorse VantaArc.
6. Availability and changes
Games and points may change, pause, or end. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We will not intentionally make an advertised feature unavailable or substitute a materially different landing experience without updating the relevant advertisement.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. Casual game outcomes and scores do not represent skill certification, income, value, odds of financial success, or any guaranteed result. Nothing on the service is financial, legal, medical, or gambling advice.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the free service. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Local mandatory law controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
9. Ending use and disputes
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. Contact [email protected] first so the operator has a reasonable chance to resolve a concern. Applicable law and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply based on your location and the operator’s principal place of business.
